The TRI-XO Compact is a flexible dual mode chlorinator that switches between standard salt and mineral blends, ideal for pools up to 40,000 litres in mild climates. Increase output for hotter regions or reduce it in cooler areas.
The Zodiac TRI-XO is designed for versatility. Its hallmark is a “CrossOver” system that lets you choose between traditional sodium chloride (pool salt) or mineral-enhanced salt (e.g. Zodiac’s Element™ blend). This dual mode lets you adapt to changing pool preferences or water quality goals without replacing your chlorinator. It also features a reverse polarity self-cleaning cell, intuitive one-touch controls with Boost/Low modes. Because it's built in Australia for tough conditions, it's reliable year after year

Tri-XO is a new generation chlorinator from Zodiac that allows the user to 'CrossOver' between normal pool salt (sodium chloride) to mineral blended salts. Simply select the type of salt you will be using - ‘(standard) salt’ or ‘mineral (salt)’ in the start-up menu, and the chlorinator takes care of the rest.
The TRi-XO was designed in Australia to tackle our harsh climate while providing great reliability year after year. It's packed with features to make pool maintenance easier and more affordable.
Zodiac recommends using TRi-XO with our mineral salt, Element. This is a magnesium rich salt blend which makes your bathing experience more enjoyable. In some cases, it may be necessary to begin by using Element Activate mineral salts. Seek advice from your pool care professional about converting your pool.
